Terms of Service & Game Rules

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of World of Mafia (WOM) (the “Game”), operated by Momosoft (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not play or access the Game.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 13 years or older to play.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You may not share, sell, or trade your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Game Rules

To ensure fair play and community safety, all players must follow these rules:

1. No Cheating or Exploits
   • Do not use bots, scripts, macros, hacks, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage.
   • Exploiting bugs or glitches is strictly prohibited. Report them to us immediately.
2. No Harassment
   • Do not threaten, harass, abuse, or bully other players.
   • Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Respect the Community
   • Keep chat and communication respectful.
   • Spamming, advertising third-party services, or flooding chat is forbidden.
4. No Unauthorized Trading
   • Selling, buying, or trading in-game items, accounts, or currency outside of our official platform is strictly forbidden.
   • Violations will result in a permanent ban.
   • Keep in mind: every move in the Game is monitored to protect fairness.
5. One Fair Account
   • Multiple accounts for unfair advantages (multi-accounting) may result in suspension.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

• In-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value.
• Purchases of premium currency or items are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Momosoft reserves the right to add, modify, or remove items and currency at any time.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
• Momosoft does not store your credit card or banking details.
• Fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Break these Terms or Game Rules.
• Use cheats, exploits, or hacks.
• Sell or trade in-game items outside of our platform.
• Harass or harm other players.
• Attempt to damage the integrity of the Game.

Termination may result in loss of in-game progress, items, or currency, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content in World of Mafia (artwork, code, designs, characters, etc.) belongs to Momosoft.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Game.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Momosoft is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or issues caused by third parties.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game (if any).

9. Privacy

Use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable international regulations.
